Derek Lynch
Senior Barber
Derek spent the first 7 years of his career working in high end Aveda salons in downtown Chicago as a hairstylist. His heart and focus was always on mens grooming and decided it was time to place all his efforts into barbering in 2011. “I’m a barber because its special to be a part of peoples lives. It’s cool to set people up for success and make them look their best for the most important events, such as interviews, proposals, and their wedding, A superb haircut can make anyone feel like they can tackle the world, and I love facilitating that feeling for people.”
Shelby Carlson
Barber
Shelby, born in Eastern Tennessee, raised in Michigan, began her training in 2015 by taking advantage of the cosmetology program offered by her school district. During the time studying cosmetology and the time spent in her aunt and uncle’s Barbershop she discovered a passion for traditional barbering which led her to seek out further schooling at "The Barber School" in Midvale Utah.
After graduating from "The Barber School" she began the process of honing her skills so that she could one day fulfill her dream of working in a shop such as Rosemont. Her dedication to excellence and continuing to improve is demonstrated by the satisfaction of each of her guests.

Brendan Beale
Senior Barber
Originally from Chicago, Brendan began his career in 2008 with an apprenticeship at Sassoon Chicago. He was exposed to both a salon environment as well as an educational one. It was in Denver that he decided to pursue a career in men’s grooming. From 2013 to 2019 he worked as a men’s groomer that helped him blend the hairdressing world that he grew up in with the barbering world that he saw in his future. Always inspired by tradition as well as modernism Brendan can find a look that is perfectly tailored to each individual that is seated in his chair.
Zack Noe
Barber
Born in rural Kentucky, Zack moved to Denver in 2013. After working management positions, Zack took the leap into pursuing his career in barbering. Zack is third generation barber and we’re happy to see him add to that legacy through his own talent and dedication. He has an easily apparent passion for the craft that he works to refine every day in the shop. As Zack puts it, “Barbering allows me to make a positive impact for my guests every day.”

Isaias has been a licensed barber since 2013, and strives to become a better barber everyday behind the chair. Izzy comes in everyday with a great attitude and such a strong love for what he does and self improvement. “I am beyond thankful to have a job that I absolutely love and the ability to earn and honest living making people feel good about themselves.
Christopher Kelly
Barber
The allure of a traditional occupation has captivated Chris since his childhood. Growing up in Colorado Springs, CO, that traditional appeal stuck with him, and he was first inspired to cut hair in high school. Acquiring his license shortly thereafter, Chris has been developing his craft professionally for the past 4 years. Experiencing that traditional appeal, he understands his love to be rooted in its rich history, methodical practice, hands on work, and community. A haircut in Chris’s chair isn’t simply about looks. Founded on his traditional passion, he also takes great care to achieve authenticity, relaxation, enjoyment, respect, and an accepting space for wherever you’re at.
C.T. Thomas
Junior Barber
A recent graduate of The Aveda Academy, C.T. has been graduated The Rosemont Academy in tandem with his barbering school.
Chris was a former career brewer at some of your favorite Denver breweries, bringing a formulaic approach to cutting hair & his education. We’ve given him the cheeky nickname “The Prodigy” because of his quick understanding of haircutting theory, and the hard work he’s put into his own development.
