Our Policies
No call/no show appointments:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full price of the service missed. We ask that you respect our time, as we greatly respect yours.
Children:
Although we think your kids are pretty cool, Rosemont isn’t the place for very young or hyper active children. Our shop is a small space with lots of open shelving for retail products and tools. We can cut kids, but we always say, “If your kid can sit like a gentleman, we will make him look like one.” We aren’t the most appropriate shop for first time haircuts, or small toddlers—we ask to cut kids no younger than 6. A screaming kid that may startle a guest receiving a shave is dangerous. We want to create a fun, safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be cancelled at least three hours before the appointment time. It is on you to cancel your appointment online. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through clicking “View Reservation” in the appointment confirmation that was sent via email. Failure to cancel before our three hour cancellation policy with result in being charged for the full price of the service missed.
Parking:
We have plenty of available FREE street parking right out front on Larimer St, as well as 5 dedicated parking spaces in the back of the building, through the alley, labeled “Clients The Rosemont Barbers”.
Late Policy:
If you are going to arrive 10 or more minutes late, we will need to modify the service. You will be charged for the service booked, but may receive a shorter or altered service based on the extend of tardiness. Call us as soon as you know you’re going to be late and let us know how late you’re going to be, so we can try to accommodate your service to the best of our ability.
